Using movement, relaxation techniques and other self-care practices, physical ailments can be healed by improving circulation and energy flow. Awareness practices build closer connection to the body, inviting in greater presence, balance and vitality. Appropriate practices are given to take home and integrate into daily life.

What to expect
- A consultation and discussion of your health, well-being and lifestyle. We also need to establish your reasons for partaking in this journey and your goals which you'd ideally like to attain from the sessions.
- Formulation of a tailored Yoga Programme which you can realistically practice at home alongside the everyday demands of life.
- Nourishing yoga practice, meditation, relaxation techniques and self-care practices.
- Simple practices to restore and enhance your heart-womb connection.
- Discussion to help you understand the purpose of the practice so you are better able to connect with it.
- Short-term - some practices to take home. Home practice will make your experience deeper and more fruitful if you want to get the most from it.
- Longer-term - based around feed-back from the initial sessions, a longer term Yoga Programme can be formulated for management and maintenance of your well-being.
- Hand-out via email and /or recordings for home practice.
- The possibility of an Osteopathic treatment to assist with any healing process if it is relevant in your situation.
- Referral to another health-practitioner if it is identified as being relevant for you.
